Ani McHugh
owner and principal travel advisor
I fell in love with Disney Parks when I was a child. By my 18th birthday, I had been to Walt Disney World three times and Disneyland twice--and I loved reading about the parks so much that I eagerly awaited the release of each new edition of Birnbaum's Guide to Walt DisneyWorld every year. As an adult, I've made sure to instill my love of all things Disney in my own children.

Shortly after I became a high school English teacher in 2001, I got the privilege of serving as a class advisor. In that capacity, I planned and chaperoned many senior class trips from New Jersey to Disney and Universal. I've taken over a thousand high school students to my favorite place!

Becoming a credentialed travel advisor specializing in Disney Destinations was a logical, seamless, and natural next step for me, and I love every minute of the work I do for families. I especially value my training and experience as a Certified Autism Travel Professional.

Aside from my love of Disney, I'm a classically-trained pianist who almost majored in piano performance--but decided instead to pursue a B.A. in English and an M.Ed in Secondary Education. I live in New Jersey with my husband, Pat; my two boys, Brennan and Gavin; our dog, Daisy; and our four cats: Tiki, Cubby, Alvin, and Simon. I love music, driving (manual transmissions have my heart!), good food, good books, spending time on Long Beach Island, and all things Philly sports! Go Birds! ​
Amy Behl

When Amy isn't teaching 11th grade English or planning her school's trips (for 250 people!) to Disney, she's likely planning trips to the beach with her family. ​Although the beach is her happy place, Amy is thrilled to simply spend time with her two boys, her longtime love Dave, and his 3 boys-- whether it's on the couch, in the car, at the pool, or cheering on the Eagles and Phillies.

Amy is a planner by nature and thrives on making plans with her family and friends. In addition to traveling, Amy also loves hiking and waterfalls and the beauty and peace that nature provide.

When she is finally sitting still, she's likely reading a historical fiction novel...or napping. She can also be found cooking in the kitchen (listening to Paul Simon or Taylor Swift) or on her parents' boat (listening to yacht rock or Zach Brown).
Megan Cyphers

Megan fell in love with Walt Disney World her senior year when her family stayed at the Polynesian, and she performed with her high school marching band in the Magic Kingdom. Since then, she's been over a dozen times, many of them in the last few years. Additionally, Megan has been to Disneyland countless times during the years she lived in California. She became a travel advisor to share her love of Disney with others, while providing them with the vacation of their dreams!
Megan lives in New Jersey with her husband, Paul; her two adult sons, Ben & Connor; and their cat, Minnie. When she's not planning customized Disney vacations, Megan works as a middle school reading specialist. She's a huge Phillies and Eagles fan and enjoys spending time at the Jersey shore.
Dominic Favieri

Dominic lives in South Jersey with his wife and 2 children. He has worked as a personal trainer, helping people live healthier lives through nutrition and exercise, for the past 25 years--and he's also the owner of Keepsake Creations, where he preserves memories by transferring old media to a digital format. Dominic also serve as a videographer, capturing memories for youth sports, local theater and various events.
Dominic and his wife are both very active in their church and community. They began their Disney journeys in the 70s when they visit Magic Kingdom as children, and they tarted taking their own kids in 2010. Dominic has been organizing and booking his family's Disney trips--usually with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins--every year since then, so it's only natural that he's chosen to become a professional travel planner specializing in Disney Destinations!
Maria Lucidi

Maria resides in South Jersey and is a high school mathematics teacher with almost 20 years experience. In her free time, you can find her at the beach in the summer with her family or at a concert with friends. She loves to read, and her knowledge of Bravo shows rivals her knowledge of Disney.
Maria’s first time in Disney World was on her high school senior trip. Since then, through her time as a class advisor, she has chaperoned twelve senior trips to Disney, planning three of them. Witnessing students experience Disney for the first time is one of her favorite aspects of those trips. Additional trips with family and friends further solidified her growing love for Disney. Maria's a natural planner and organizer, and she's thrilled to use her skills and Disney expertise to make dream vacations a reality for her clients.
Wendy Luyber

After spending 28 years in K-12 education, Wendy retired in 2020 amidst the pandemic. She currently works as an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey and books travel and tours for a local comedian. Wendy is excited to extend my skills to my new position as an Independent Travel Advisor Specializing in Disney Destinations! As a lover of all things Disney, she joined the Disney Vacation Club in 2008 and have enjoyed multiple Disney vacations every year since.

Aside from Disney World, Wendy also loves traveling to Europe and anywhere with an ocean. her husband, on the other hand, loves the allure of Las Vegas. Traveling simply makes them happy! There’s something about stepping away from everyday life that rejuvenates them! Wendy looks forward to working with you and helping you plan your dream vacation as well.
TJ Martino

As a middle school science teacher of 33 years, TJ prides himself on having great relationships with families--a gift that helps him plan magical vacations for his clients.
​TJ is the proud father of three children in their twenties and a loving husband to his supportive wife--and luckily, the whole Martino family loves Disney as much as TJ does. ​The crew has been traveling to Walt Disney World since the kids were young, and TJ has experience with planning trips for all ages.

The Martinos love spending time at the beach and riding bikes on the boardwalk, and they especially love gathering around the TV to watch their beloved Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles.
