Chaperoning a student group to Walt Disney World?
As a high school teacher and a Disney travel planner, I have a unique intersection of expertise. After years of coordinating senior trips, I realized most group travel companies do a great job with flights and tickets—but not the real prep that chaperones need.

So, I built what I wish I had when I started—and now I’m sharing it with you.

While group travel agencies are invaluable for their ability to book group flights, room blocks, and group tickets, they often fall short or overlook the day-to-day planning and resources chaperones needs in order to run smooth trips and help students maximize their vacation investments.

I have insider Disney knowledge and access and decades of teaching and chaperoning experience, which help you with the real prep you need.

From new app systems and Lightning Lane rules to tech setups for minors and student safety concerns, a class trip to WDW isn't the same trip it was even five years ago. And while group travel companies are invaluable for their ability to book group flights, hotel blocks, ground transfers, and admission tickets, most fail to adequately support chaperones when it comes to the most important aspect of the trip: understanding Disney's systems and educating students so they can maximize their vacation investments.

For this reason, I'm offering an abundance of free support and resources for chaperones.
