I fell in love with Disney Parks when I was a child. By my 18th birthday, I had been to Walt Disney World three times and Disneyland twice--and I loved reading about the parks so much that I eagerly awaited the release of each new edition of Birnbaum's Guide to Walt DisneyWorld every year. As an adult, I've made sure to instill my love of all things Disney in my own children.

Shortly after I became a high school English teacher in 2001, I got the privilege of serving as a class advisor. In that capacity, I planned and chaperoned many senior class trips from New Jersey to Disney and Universal. I've taken over a thousand high school students to my favorite place!

Becoming a credentialed travel advisor specializing in Disney Destinations was a logical, seamless, and natural next step for me, and I love every minute of the work I do for families. I especially value my training and experience as a Certified Autism Travel Professional.

Aside from my love of Disney, I'm a classically-trained pianist who almost majored in piano performance--but decided instead to pursue a B.A. in English and an M.Ed in Secondary Education. I live in New Jersey with my husband, Pat; my two boys, Brennan and Gavin; our dog, Daisy; and our four cats: Tiki, Cubby, Alvin, and Simon. I love music, driving (manual transmissions have my heart!), good food, good books, funny people, spending time on Long Beach Island, and all things Philly sports! Go Birds! ​

Amy Behl

When Amy isn’t teaching 11th grade English or planning her school trips for 250+ people to Disney, she’s likely planning trips to the beach with her family. Although the beach is definitely her happy place, she’s thrilled to simply spend time with her 2 boys, her long time love Dave, and his 3 boys; whether it’s on the couch, in the car, at the pool, or cheering on the Eagles and Phillies.
Amy is a planner by nature and thrives on making plans with and for her family and friends. In addition to traveling, Amy also loves hiking and waterfalls and the beauty and peace that nature provides.
When she is finally sitting still, she’s likely reading a historical fiction novel… or napping. She can also be found cooking in the kitchen (listening to Paul Simon or Taylor Swift) or on her parents’ boat (listening to yacht rock or Zac Brown).

Jacky Carey

Jacky Carey is a dedicated high school mathematics teacher, known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and her genuine passion for making others happy. While she calls South Jersey home, her heart truly belongs to Disney! Jacky has visited Disney World countless times, both on personal trips and while chaperoning numerous senior trips. She’s currently in the midst of planning her second senior trip to Florida, where she’ll be traveling with over 150 students, ensuring every detail is meticulously organized for an unforgettable experience.

Outside of Disney, Jacky enjoys cozy movie nights at home with her cats and dogs, attending concerts, and indulging in her favorite things: The Office, Dave Matthews, and the Philadelphia Phillies.

Maria Lucidi

Maria resides in South Jersey and is a high school mathematics teacher with almost 20 years experience. In her free time, you can find her at the beach in the summer with her family or at a concert with friends. She loves to read, and her knowledge of Bravo shows rivals her knowledge of Disney.
Maria’s first time in Disney World was on her high school senior trip. Since then, through her time as a class advisor, she has chaperoned twelve senior trips to Disney, planning three of them. Witnessing students experience Disney for the first time is one of her favorite aspects of those trips. Additional trips with family and friends further solidified her growing love for Disney. Maria's a natural planner and organizer, and she's thrilled to use her skills and Disney expertise to make dream vacations a reality for her clients.
Wendy Luyber

After spending 28 years in K-12 education, Wendy retired in 2020 amidst the pandemic. She currently works as an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey and she books travel and tours for a local comedian. She is excited to extend her skills to her new position as an Independent Travel Advisor Specializing in Disney Destinations! As a lover of all things Disney, Wendy joined the Disney Vacation Club in 2008 and has enjoyed multiple Disney vacations every year since. Matching t-shirts - check! Minnie ears - check! Spreadsheet of trip details - check! Every season is her favorite for a different reason, and she always tries to have a trip on the books to look forward to.

Aside from Disney World, Wendy also loves traveling to Europe and anywhere with an ocean. Her husband, on the other hand, loves the allure of Las Vegas. Traveling simply makes them happy! There’s something about stepping away from everyday life that rejuvenates them! They always plan new adventures when they travel and treat themselves to special experiences that make each trip special. Wendy looks forward to working with you and helping you plan your dream vacation as well.
